Lipocontouring is such a common theme that it hardly needs to be discussed except for saying that as practiced today it is a procedure that is just not acceptable to the greatest number of men. Because it is such an ostensibly "easy" procedure many doctors are performing the procedure and with exceedingly poor results. Liporemoval is the suction-removal of fat that may be applied to areas from the face to the ankles and to men of all ages. It is a tremendously useful adjunct procedure to skin tightening procedures as well as standing on its own as a cosmetic-enhancing surgery. Dr. Tiller has developed a method of aggressively removing fat from areas so that the overlying skin is subsequently closely adhered to the underlying muscle resulting in a tight, sculpted appearance that is not the same result desired by women. The procedure is more painful than that described for women because it is more aggressive but this discomfort is only for a few days. A type of supportive garment must be worn for a week or even much longer following the procedure. A consultation with a surgeon who must be experienced with the procedure and results for men such as myself can only give a person a better idea of what is best for themselves.

Fees vary considerably and have to be considered on a case to case basis.
