T he name of this procedure is somewhat misleading. The name was applied by the writer for a popular men's magazine for an article about my work on male cosmetic surgery to the procedure that I developed for bicep/tricep/pectoral augmentation (therefore, six pack - of implants) and the name stuck. The procedures are individually described above. The procedure is tolerated very easily when done all at the same time on the well-selected individual. This procedure takes several hours but, frankly, gives the most dramatically positive results soon after surgery than any other cosmetic procedure that I perform.
Fee: $15,000 including implants, surgical facility, anesthesia and recovery.
